Located in a beach side community the residence has views north over a reserve and east towards the ocean. Living areas are elevated to capture ocean views. The residence consists of a lightweight timber rectangular form positioned behind three solid masonry curved walls to the north that provide sun shading and privacy. Openings within the solid walls allow views out from the house.
