This two storey beachside residence was designed with living areas on the first floor to capture ocean views and the sea breezes. An aluminium louvre system was incorporated to the first floor balcony and living room to create privacy for these spaces while providing flexibility to capture views and breezes.

A central staircase with void was used within the building to allow light and ventilation to penetrate into the ground floor. The client required low maintenance externally which was achieved with painted FC cladding and stone work around the main entry.
