Jefferson Lane Apartments

Jefferson Lane Apartments consists of 3 single level apartments with a shared pool facility. Balconies were detailed in timber to provide privacy and enclosure and a warmth which is often not found on coastal balconies. The use of face brick reflected the local built form of Palm Beach area, while also providing a robust finish in a coastal location.
