marine parade kingscliff

Marine Parade Kingscliff is a mixed use development consisting of three luxury apartments and a ground floor commercial space. Each apartment takes advantage of the ocean views as well as landscape courtyard views. The building forms and materiality reflected the local beachside architecture. The site runs from Marine Parade up to Hungerford Lane, which creates a stepping building over a 10m change of level. The project has progressed through the DA process with Tweed Shire Council.
