burleigh tower houses

Burleigh Tower Houses consists of three separate tower houses designed to take advantage of the views into the adjoining bushland and ocean, by raising the living to the top level. This allows the main spaces to view over the adjoining apartment buildings. The four bedroom houses have a ground floor multi purpose space that can work as an office, secondary living or bedroom. Landscape areas between each building can become private courtyard or additional parking in an area that can see off street parking issues. This project has a DA with GCCC.
