church lane terraces

Church Lane Terraces is located just above the main street of Murwillumbah in Northern NSW. The site offers southern views over the town city and over to Mt Warning. The northern aspect is into the landscape hill that forms the rear of the site. The design of each terrace has a multipurpose space on the lower level that can function as a home office or third bedroom. The open plan first floor living area has views to the south, while having a north facing open terrace to the north. The material and forms of the building reflect the brick tradition within the town. This has DA approval and will start construction in 2025.
