seaside mixed use

Seaside mixed use is a luxury beachfront apartment project that contains two apartments and three commercial spaces on the ground floor. The outlook is predominantly to the ocean and ocean front bushland. Large aluminium screen has been used to provide privacy from the adjoining beachfront parking and establish a presence for the commercial spaces. This project has a DA from Tweed Shire Council.
