Pratt Residence

This two storey beachfront residence was laid out to take advantage of the ocean views and the beach front location. The living areas are situated on the ground level, adjacent to a small plunge pool, while bedrooms are located on the first floor. A sliding aluminium screen, which is graphically based on a water drop forming ripples, is used for privacy and security to the beach façade. The external materials reference the local beach houses in the area.
