Pacifico House

This single level beachside residence was designed around a central north facing courtyard and pool. The courtyard borrowed the landscape view through the adjoining property towards the ocean and lighthouse beyond. A raised central spine was incorprated to provide covered access from the beachfront pavilion through to the main house. The central spine was have a lantern effect through the middle of the building. Raised ceilings with high level louvres allowed for cross ventilation throughout the residence.
