Katta Avenue Residence

This three storey residence and free standing studio was designed to take advantage of spectacular views north over Currumbin Creek to the Surfers skyline. The residence was entered via a small bridge adjacent to the garage spaces which were cut into the hillside. The main living and pool where located on the entry level. Master bedroom was located on the first floor. The lower levels included secondary bedrooms and living areas. The self contained studio set into the hillside below. The design incorporated acoustic requirements for local airport and bushfire setbacks from the adjacent council reserve.
