Copper House

Copper House

This three storey residence steps up a steep hill overlooking Currumbin Estuary. The curved building form reflects the hill topography, while the copper cladding takes on the colours of the bush setting as it ages.

Living areas as well as a generous top deck were located on the top floor to take advantage of the panoramic view. The first floor levels open on to a covered terrace, lawn and swimming pool. The large open carport areas allows for a car turning circle to access the steep driveway.
