pall mall renovation

This project involved the conversion of a 1960’s unit building into a single residence for a growing family. The building structure of concrete slab and red brick was kept intact during the building process. Original internal feature brick walls in the living areas have been incorporated into the new design.

Large aluminium screens have been used to create a screened lockable entry area and screened layer to the wet areas on the north east corner. All the internal areas have been redesigned with details that reflect the original building date.
