hannah charlton - architect

Hannah received her Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of Queensland and her Masters of Architecture from The University of Sydney. She has practised architecture in Brisbane and Sydney before moving to Cape Town for several years where she focused on designing high-end safari lodges in Botswana. During her time as Project Architect in South Africa, Hannah would spend a week off site and then a week on in the wilderness supervising the construction of these luxury lodges. Hannah returned to the Gold Coast in 2020 to continue working in residential architecture with Paul Uhlmann Architects.

Hannah has a keen eye for detail which can be seen throughout her work. She enjoys working with clients directly on both their external and internal spaces of their completely individual homes. Some of Hannah’s key projects include Redwood in Currumbin Valley and Simpson Residence in Canungra, both currently under construction.

Outside of architecture, Hannah enjoys travel, time with her Corgi and as an accredited yoga instructor, practising yoga.
