This two storey townhouse project in Northern NSW consisted of 8 free standing houses and 8 dual occupancies. The design incorporated internal voids to provide light and ventilation to the ground floor living spaces. North facing private open space was included for each apartment. A shared central driveway reduced vehicle impact on the surrounding roadways.
